How it works

Live in an afternoon. Nothing to build.

Five steps from seats to certificates. Choose a step to see what happens.

Step 1 of 5

Assign

Buy a seat for each learner for the year. Add your tutors and put each learner with a tutor.

Then pick the apprenticeship standard each learner will work through.

  • One seat is one learner, billed annually
  • Each learner is put with a tutor
  • One standard for each learner

Step 2 of 5

Learn

Each standard is split into modules, and each module into sections named for the KSBs they cover.

Every section a learner completes adds one learning hour, with the date it was done.

  • Every section shows its KSBs
  • One learning hour per section, dated
  • On a phone, a tablet or at a desk

Step 3 of 5

Module quizzes

Each module ends with a quiz on the KSBs it covers. The pass mark is 100%.

A KSB counts as covered once all its sections are done and its module quiz is passed.

  • Questions on every KSB in the module
  • Pass mark 100%
  • KSBs covered as quizzes are passed

Step 4 of 5

Progress report

Owners see every learner. Tutors see the learners put with them. Learners see their own.

The report shows KSBs covered, learning hours with their dates, and each module quiz result.

  • KSBs covered out of the standard's total
  • Learning hours, each one dated
  • Quiz results for every module

Step 5 of 5

Certificates

Each module quiz passed earns a certificate showing its KSBs and the learning hours behind them.

Completing the standard earns a course certificate. Learners can download and share them.

  • A certificate for each module quiz passed
  • A course certificate at the end
  • Theirs to download and share
Buy seats

Every KSB covered

Each module's quiz checks the KSBs it covers, so you can see what each learner has covered and what is left.

Learning hours, dated

One learning hour for every section completed, with the date it was done.

Works on any device

Short sections that fit a phone, a tablet or a desk.

Pay per seat.
£7 per learner per month.

Billed annually at £84 per seat. One seat is one learner, on the standard you pick for them.
